These tasty treats can be eaten warm or frozen for a tasty snack.

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP OF COOKED FINELY CHOPPED CHICKEN

1/2 CUP RICE, COOKED AND MASHED

3 TBSP RICE FLOUR

1 TBSP PARSLEY

1 EGG

Preheat oven to 180

METHOD:

Mix together all ingredients and stir well, put into shaped moulds or onto grease proof paper as in picture and bake until tops are golden brown (usually 25-30 mins). Allow to cool and remove from moulds and store in fridge.

INGREDIENTS IF FREEZING:

1 CUP FINELY DICED COOKED CHICKEN

1/2 CUP COOKED RICE

1 CUP OF CHICKEN STOCK

1 TBSP PARSLEY

METHOD:

Using a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients together, spoon into moulds and freeze.
